“It was my first time receiving acupuncture from Bonnie. She was very thorough in the intake assessment process and she was transparent in her thought process during and after the assessment. She also share where she was intending to insert needles based on her assessment. She was knowledgeable and very nice to speak with. I have booked two more sessions with her. Highly recommend”

“I have always been given the most excellent care from the acupuncturists and the reception staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable and have answered all of my questions and concerns. After a few sessions I was able to see the benefits of the treatments and have noticed a huge improvement to my pain and sleep issues. Having spent several months going to physiotherapy before coming to Lotus Care, I very much appreciate the focus on addressing the body as a whole instead of just one problem at a time.
