“Lorena not only offers amazing therapeutic massages, but is also a wealth of useful knowledge about anatomy, able to identify root causes of tension and pain. She uses interesting techniques to release muscles I didn't even know I had! I left feeling a lot better than when I came in, looser and with better posture. She also offers stretches and exercises to help between sessions. She is kind, compassionate, non-judgmental, and would make anyone feel at ease.”

She takes the time to find out what you need and is extremely respectful of all body types and sizes, abilities, needs, genders, etc. She is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. But also she is very intuitive as she works and responsive to what immediate and longer-term needs are. You'll leave feeling so much better than when you walked in!”
