“After many years of suffering chronic pain and other complicated symptoms due to autoimmune conditions, I decided it was time to try other forms of therapy. Taking multiple prescribed pain medication and various supplements can only do so much. It may have helped stabilized some of the symptoms but I needed more and preferred something holistic. I'm very glad I came across Loong Wellness clinic because after every session, I get to indulge in a sense of relief, calmness, peace and energy that's very rare since being diagnosed with chronic illness. It's only been 2 months of cupping & acupuncture by Chiaki and RMT by Maya and I've already noticed a significant difference. I appreciate how Chiaki checks my health condition and concerns, compares it to the previous report and asks the right questions at the beginning of the session before proceeding treatment. This way, she targets the area where attention is needed. It's not uncomfortable at all, I frequently doze off. At the end of each sessions, I feel incredibly at ease, that I'm reluctant to leave. I understand it takes time and multiple sessions to notice improvements, but it was quite immediate for me. Maya's care has been exceptionally beneficial as a form of self-care support, improve mobility and eases the daily discomfort that comes with the autoimmune disorders. At the initial visit with her, I shared previous failed and accomplishing experiences I had with other massage therapists and masseuse. I admire her professionalism, directness and honesty, especially when she emphasized how important it was that I am satisfied with the treatment and expectations so after the first session, if I decide to change to another or more suitable therapist, I am welcomed to, which would then alleviate any guilt or awkwardness if I chose to. Since it was an immediate success, there was no need and I intend to stay with her for good. As for the clinic, it's clean, calm and comfortable. Upon arrival, I'm always welcomed with a warm and welcoming smile by front desk. Before leaving, she processes the payment quickly, emails the receipt and kindly reminds me of my next appointment. I really like the appointment reminders option that notifies me by text messages of the upcoming appointment. It's very helpful. Thank you for the amazing experience and the wonderful service.”

“I’ve been to four different wellness and met four different RMTs and staff since 2015. This place has different vibe where you can find a more relaxing, peaceful, gentle and kind professionals like my RMT Angela or ShiLian. She just recently graduated but her knowledge, dedication and desire for her profession is above beyond imagination. I was so flattered by her because for the first time, my RMT returned the tips I left for her and said “ I like to make people feel good and happy with their health and life is hard right now financially” This proves that her passion and great intention to help her clients is genuine and sincere. My entire body feels more relax and renewed after My visits, but I am also sad when I walked out the door because I would need to wait for another week to come back🥺.
