“I had Physio twice a week with Lara over the winter for Tendinopathy in my shoulder from a work related injury. At the beginning of my therapy I was extremely stressed and felt helpless that I would never fully recover. Lara however provided me with a level of care and positivity that put me at ease. We did needling, shockwave therapy and manual therapy which drastically improved my shoulder over time. I’m stoked to say I basically have full range of motion in my shoulder once again. She also provided me with a full at home exercise/stretch program which continues to help improve my situation. “I had the pleasure of being referred to Ben Boyd, their Physiotherapist For a shockwave therapy treatment which successfully returned my shoulders to Mobility in which I had tears and Kelsey buildup. I suffered about eight months being in mobile until I have successful treatment with Ben. I first needed an ultrasound and MRI to determine where the injury was prior to treatment. “10/10 would recommend Claire as a physio therapist! ✨️ When i started my first sessions with her, it was clear that i needed a large brace to contain my injury as soon as possible. ( knee injury ) without hesitating, she let me borrow her own personal brace for 4+ weeks until it was time to switch to my new one. If i didn't borrow her brace, i could have done a lot more damage walking around with it unprotected. With Claire's help/guidance my injury has been healing amazingly. The level of care and professionalism I've recieved and seen from Claire and everyone else at LivWell will keep me coming back.
