“So impressed with RMT Jennifer. Booked massage as I was suffering from a lot of upper back pain and neck stiffness. Booking was easy and lots of choice in appointment time. She was professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell that she has extensive experience in massage. Left feeling so much better. “I recently had the pleasure of experiencing both personal training and a massage from Jen. The personal training sessions were tailored to my fitness goals and were both challenging and enjoyable. Jen was motivating, professional, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to proper body mechanics. The massage was the perfect complement to the workouts.
