“I made an appointment with the owner of Lime Clinic. When I went there, the receptionist arranged me to see another physiotherapist instead, who only saw me once and went for vacation and let her unlicensed assistant to treat me for a whole month. Her assistant shocked me in the electric therapy and caused terrible pain. I asked the receptionist if I can talk to the owner. I meant to change to a licensed therapist. The receptionist replied MAYBE. After two days, the owner didn't call me in the agreed time. I wrote a polite email in which I cancelled the remain appointments. Yet the owner called me later that day. He was mad at me and yelled, "You cancelled the appointment just because I didn't call you??" As a patient, I was yelled at for having cancelled appointments? Hello? He also accused me with staff abuse and stated one of his employee was crying. His employee was crying after I cancelled the appointments and it was my fault?? His unlicensed employee shocked me and caused me pain. I didn't sue him and he accused me for abusing his staff? Worst physio clinic ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.”Read moreShow less

“While searching for a facility to address my skin tag and wart concerns, I discovered this establishment. I was pleased to find it to be exceptionally tidy and well-maintained, with a friendly and accommodating staff. Additionally, they provided a complimentary consultation and offered me a laser treatment for removal.
