Two appointments for mom today...cleaning and filling. Absolutely will be back for check ups and cleaning in the future. Such good people to deal with!

From reception to billing, LifePath Dental & Wellness knows what they are doing! Excellent customer service!! Every dental hygienist I’ve had the pleasure of visiting has been top tier! But hands down, my favourite dentist I’ve had work on my teeth is Dr. Arsenault! He is truly the best!

I’ve been a long-time client at LifePath in Chestermere and have used a wide range of their services, including dental hygiene, periodontist care, naturopath, massage therapy, physio, laser hair removal, and orthodontics for my kids. Overall, I’ve had many positive experiences and the staff are generally friendly and professional. Recently, I booked a basic cleaning, but a full exam and X-rays were done without my consent. I later found out these weren’t covered by my insurance. This was frustrating, especially since coverage is usually checked ahead of time by my request. In the past, I also had an issue with the periodontist where a biopsy sample was lost, but I was still charged and had to attend follow-up appointments about it. While I’ve had mostly good experiences, these situations raise concerns about communication and consent when it comes to treatment and billing.

This place is amazing! Wonderful customer experience all around from the front staff to the assistants, dentists, chiropractors, massage therapists everyone has and always treats my kids and myself as friends not just clients. Recommend 100%

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kayla Lavallee at Lifepath Dental Wellness. I broke a tooth over the holidays just before New Year’s and was feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and worried about pain. Despite the timing, Dr. Lavallee was able to accommodate me on very short notice, which was such a relief. She was professional, thorough, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. She explained each step clearly, checked in often, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time (which I appreciated so much because of the pain I was in). She also went out of her way to fit me in for the crown preparation just before year end so I could use my benefits before they expired, something I truly appreciated. The level of care, kindness, and professionalism she showed when I wasn’t feeling my best really stood out. I would confidently recommend Dr. Lavallee to anyone looking for a dentist who is both highly competent and genuinely compassionate, especially if you’re feeling stressed or uneasy about dental treatment.

I have always hated going to the dentist even from a young age, it is typically my worst sensory nightmare. However, I have seen Dr. Lavallee on multiple occasions and the results have been perfection every time. She and Kristin (dental hygienist) are a great pair and are always going above and beyond with care that is compassionate, accommodating and supportive. I was especially nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed. But the procedure was done so well that I couldn’t even feel any form of discomfort or pressure during the procedure. Because the surgery was done so well I recovered quickly and s within less than 36hours I felt perfectly good. I have never heard of a wisdom teeth extraction success story like mine. Could not recommend Dr. Lavallee enough. I love to see strong, successful and supportive young women in the medical field🙌🏽

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kayla Lavallee and the entire team at Lifepath Dental and Wellness. Dr. Lavallee is truly exceptional. She is brilliant, kind, and incredibly thorough. From the moment you sit in her chair, it’s clear that she genuinely prioritizes patient care and takes the time to explain everything so you feel informed and comfortable. She gave me the most perfect veneers, I get compliments on my smile all the time! They look so natural and were done with such precision and care. You can tell she holds herself to an extremely high standard and won’t settle for anything less than excellent. Beyond her technical skill, Dr. Lavallee has such a calm, compassionate presence that makes every visit feel positive (which is saying a lot for a dental appointment). I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I have incredibly sensitive teeth so the dentist is not my favourite place. Dr. Lavallee and Lifepath Dental were recommended to me by a friend. Dr. Lavallee took the time to go over some options I had to help with my sensitivity during my cleaning and it made a huge difference in my experience. I am very grateful she took my concerns seriously and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. Lifepath Dental is not my closest dental office, but I am happy to make the drive to have Dr. Lavallee as my dentist.

I’ve been a patient at Lifepath since I was a child, and now in my early 20s I expected at least a baseline level of honesty and care for long-term clients. Instead, I was met with misleading information, inflated pricing, and what felt like an outright cash grab. At multiple recent visits, I was repeatedly told that all four of my wisdom teeth had ruptured and that they needed to be removed immediately. Lifepath quoted me $2,500 for four extractions with no anesthesia, which is an absurd price. After doing my own due diligence—speaking with family friends, other patients, and researching online—every source confirmed that the average cost for all four teeth is $900–$1,500. Lifepath was charging nearly double with no justification. To verify, I booked a consultation with a completely different dentist in Mahogany. They quoted me half the price Lifepath was charging and, more importantly, confirmed that only one out of four wisdom teeth had actually ruptured—directly contradicting what I was told at Lifepath. Being lied to about my dental health and pressured into an overpriced procedure is unacceptable. This experience felt less like patient care and more like deliberate exploitation. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to seek second opinions before trusting Lifepath with major dental decisions
