From Megan at the front desk, who always greets everyone with a smile and makes scheduling easy, to Kristy working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, everyone works together to create an exceptional experience. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients and about each other. A special thank you to my physiotherapist, Victoria. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping her patients succeed. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and create a treatment plan that works. “I found everyone at this Lifemark location to be awesome. From Megan in reception to Erin, Bryan and Victoria who did my treatments I was at ease immediately despite the pain I was in lol. Erin did my Physio treatments she is amazing. She took into account my injuries and age and came up with a plan that worked for me specifically. Most are ones that I continue to do at home. Bryan was my massage therapist. He does an amazing job of deep tissue massage that cleared the knots out of my back and shoulder for me. He also showed me stretches to lessen the tight muscles and tendons in my thumbs caused by my work. Victoria did my acupuncture she does a great job of this, I didn't even feel the needles going in. So in conclusion if you have been injured these people are the ones you want to go see! Thank you to all of you for your awesome work you did for me! “For your medical adventure, I could not recommend Erin from LifeMark more. She is extremely thorough, knowledgable, welcoming and very respectful. I had a workplace injury, for several months I was waiting for a hip surgery. Erin, was able to extremely minimize my pain with her in-clinic medical equipment, while I awaited my surgery date. After my surgery, when I was able to start Physio again; Erin once again got me back into walking condition in no time. Her years of experience are clearly very visible, as she is very knowledgable. “I had really bad vertigo and my Dr. told me to go to Lifemark Physio in West Kelowna. It turned out I needed Vestibular Physio. My inner ear had crystals dislodge from where they are supposed to be. The frontline staff were friendly and Scott at Lifemark turned out to be my specialist in this area. He was very approachable, knowledgable and gave me confidence that I would be better in 2 or 3 sessions. Through a series of head and body positioning he was able to move the crystals back into their proper position. These positions in the first session REALY made me extra dizzy but his compassion and confidence made me push on without fear. By the 3rd session my dizziness was gone! On another note I use a manual wheelchair and the the height of the bed I had to lie on was adjustable. The whole facility was very accessible.”Read moreShow less
