“I wanted to recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy downtown London-YMCA.The place is amazing and clean. Physiotherapists are very friendly and professional. Mehjabeen Naz,and Harshita Rav incredible care,had great experience and they did their work very carefully and thoroughly. “I want to give this place 5 stars, and especially to Sophia Konidis, who is the best at her job as an RMT (registered massage therapist). Her experience is amazing. I suffered from back pain and I’m almost always very tense because of my job, but only she was able to untangle those knots and relieve that tension in my back and shoulders. I recommend her 100%. “I have been a patient at Lifemark Physiotherapy Downtown London for over a year following consecutive motor vehicle accidents, and I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From the moment you walk in, the team makes what is often a stressful and overwhelming recovery process so much easier to manage. A special mention goes to Chanelle, who handles the people-facing side of the team with exceptional professionalism and kindness. She is not only warm and welcoming but also highly skilled in managing patient finances and auditing. Her ability to navigate complex processes while ensuring patients feel supported is truly remarkable. I was very inexperienced in handling health insurance in the wake of the MVAs and she took the time to talk me through it and went out of her way to help alleviate challenges that arose. I also want to highlight the incredible care provided by Mehjabeen Naz (Physiotherapist) and Nada Khalaf (Occupational Therapist). Both are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to their work. They take the time to understand your needs and tailor treatments that genuinely help you progress. They are highly adaptable in their approach and will change the plan for each appointment based on how you are feeling. Their friendly and empathetic approach makes every session something to look forward to, even during challenging times.
