“I don’t think I could say anything bad about this clinic. The physiotherapist was great taking me and My pregnancy and consideration, she was very professional. The receptionist was honestly Amazing she looked up my insurance when I asked so that I could make sure that my insurance would pay. “Very pushy receptionist to start, my file was transferred to this clinic and they were to call me to set up an appointment. They then called me 5 times in 2 hours, left me a voicemail and texted to set up an initial appointment. This isn't an emergency one message will suffice, I am at work and will call back when I can. Then going there the physio wanted me to book in for 2-3 times a week for followups, go out to the receptionist ask if I can book online and like I was bothering her said you can or I can do it. She books me in for one visit and is like okay you are done. Then I go home and try to book online and it is such an out dated system of pick three times and someone will get back to you on a time within 24 hours. “Didn't listen to me and gave exercises that exasperated my condition. Unsupervised sessions due to too many people booked at the same time. If you are looking for one on one care ii suggest going elsewhere”

“5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Ashley Winker at Lifemark today. I went in for neck pain, and she treated me with such care and professionalism. Ashley is incredibly kind, gentle, and truly skilled at what she does. She gave me a thorough massage that focused on my neck and back, and I felt so much better afterward—relieved and relaxed. It's not every day you meet someone so genuinely caring and gifted in their work. I'm really thankful to have met Ashley. She's a wonderful person and a truly amazing massage therapist.
