“Lifemark was a recommended clinic by GF Strong to assist me with muscle weakness due to mitochondrial disease (a rare genetic disorder). The administration team connected me with Murray due to his related experience in this area. Murray has been excellent in his care, embodies therapeutic alliance. He did some research on my condition and after the initial assessment, he identified the areas for me to focus on. Murray is very knowledgeable, supportive, understanding, and easy to work with. I recently injured my hip from running, and he helped me rehab the injury and got me back running again in a couple of weeks. “Always the best in treatments from Murray and Carmen. They both take the time to listen to me and make adjustments or modifications to my treatment program as needed. My Kinesiologist Bre is amazing. It's nice to have all my therapy needs together at one facility as it makes for continuity in my care. The Adminstrative staff are always so helpful and friendly. “I had a great experience at Lifemark Health Centre on Harvey Avenue. All of the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed, which created a very supportive environment. The kinesiologists—Randi, Bree, and Brenden—were especially approachable and fostered a welcoming atmosphere where questions and concerns were always encouraged. The gym space is clean, well maintained, and the equipment is easy to use.
