“I've been going to Lifemark Terra Losa for about 6 months now and have had a really positive experience. The reception staff are always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They know me by name and make every visit feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. I've worked with a few different practitioners, and each has their own style and approach. I've found them all knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. Dr. Ahntu has been especially helpful. He's great at explaining what's going on with your body and why certain things are happening. I've learned a lot about body mechanics, healing, and things I can do at home to help myself and even share with my family. He's also just great to talk to—our conversations make the appointments enjoyable, and I always leave having learned something new. I've also seen Dr. Manisha a couple of times, and she's left a lasting impression. She's incredibly kind, remembers previous conversations, and always asks about my family. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients as people, not just appointments on a schedule. I'm very grateful for the care I've received here and would highly recommend Lifemark Terra Losa to anyone looking for a welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring team.”Read moreShow less

“I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your clinic. For several months, I valued the care I received under my previous physiotherapist, who provided dedicated, focused attention during each session. Unfortunately, after she moved on to a different role, I transitioned to a new physiotherapist within your clinic. Since this change, I have noticed a significant difference in the level of attention and continuity of care. During my sessions, the new physiotherapist often divides their time among three or four other clients, which has made it difficult to maintain the focused, individualized treatment I previously received. I provided this new arrangement with a fair chance, attending two to three sessions in hopes that the situation would improve. Unfortunately, the consistency and quality of care did not meet my expectations. After careful consideration, I have decided to transition to a different clinic to ensure I receive the focused and consistent care necessary for my progress. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it may help enhance the experience for future clients. “I saw Amanda after hip replacement surgery. She was pleasant, professional and listened to my questions and concerns. She worked with the exercise program suggested by my surgeon and adapted it taking into consideration my limitations. As I progressed she adapted the exercises to my new mobility. I am 12 weeks post op and feeling and walking well. Everyone there was very nice, the facility was always clean and there is lots of accessible parking.”Read moreShow less

“Firstly, the receptionists are warm and friendly and always greet me with a smile. The clinic is sparkling clean with delicious cookies and hot coffee in the reception while you wait for your appointment time. There’s absolutely no waiting time. My physiotherapist Hiruni Siriwardana and Michelle Maliczewski, my concussion therapist have been exceptional. They have been absolutely professional and dedicated to my treatments, showing compassion and care. I have felt safe and respected throughout my ongoing treatment with them and my journey to recovery. “I am happy to sharing my views regarding my therapy by gurpreet mahal on lifemark. She is very professional, polite, easy to understand and caring. Last yeaelr, After my accident I referred to lifemark physiotherapy by my insurance company. I was little bit scared when I went there, because it's was my first time to meet any therapist in my life. I was thinking , how would I explain my body condition, pain , hurt and so many thing. But they assigned gurpreet as my therapist . She first listened me with very calmly, understood situation of my injury and review my all needs during treatment. She helped me alot. She did so many adjustment with my schedule, timing and did very well care of me. Thanks gurpeet to taking care me on that painful situation time and my recovery. “Hello! I have been using lifemark physio therapy terra losa for just over a year now and they're a pretty good one stop shop for all your physical therapy needs. They also do occupational therapy and message therapy. It seems the physiotherapists really know their stuff and even offer some alternative treatments like acupuncture. Caroline is an amazing OT, very thorough and helpful. Their physio therapist Michelle is fantastic, she's professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The front end staff are fantastic, too!
