I had an excellent experience with Lifemark Physiotherapy Sunpark Plaza, especially working with Manish. He helped me recover from two work-related injuries and was knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and very thorough throughout the entire process. He always took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure my treatment plan was effective and comfortable. I’m very pleased with the care and service I received and would highly recommend Manish to anyone looking for a skilled and professional physiotherapist.

Manish did an outstanding job on my left arm. I could hardly move it and was in so much pain because of infection. He discussed clearly what the treatment will be and within a month, with therapy and exercises, I am super happy that my arm is back to normal. Thank you so much.

Maria is an excellent physiotherapist who demonstrates professionalism and flexibility in her scheduling. As I work afternoon shifts, she consistently makes an effort to accommodate my availability and effectively address the pain in my shoulder. Since beginning treatment, I have experienced gradual improvement due to the exercises she has prescribed. Stretching and dry needling have been particularly beneficial, especially in relieving the tightness in my muscles. Previously, I was unable to raise my right arm due to a shoulder tear; however, I am now able to do so. Although some pain remains, the exercises she has provided continue to be highly effective.

I chose this location as the provider for WCB return to work program. This was a massive mistake and if you are sent here for WCB you need to avoid here. The RTW coordinator immediately removed restrictions in place by my own physiotherapist and did so without clearance from my treating physician. I reported pain symptoms to my kin and physio but was blown off as “it’s just working muscles not used to it” Well it turns out I partial tore the rotator cuff and have a shoulder impingement which are secondary injuries to my claim. In addition the physiotherapist didn’t want to treat my neck last week and I was told wouldn’t this week either for my final follow up on my spinal surgery recovery. WCB lapdogs

Leah and Anthony built a great progressive plan to get me back to work and the things I enjoy outside of work. Attentive, listened to my ramblings, offered assurance, and explained the process well. The exercises fit my needs and I was able to graduate being nearly back to my pre injury state. Both are knowledgeable and patient with all the questions that come their way. Thanks to them both!

I am satisfied to Ric as my physiotherapist and the lady who assist me while I’m having my treatment last year (2025) Ric helps me to recover for my muscle pain during our session. I highly recommend Ric as he is a hardworking with good heart assisting his client. From- Cindy Punzalan

Really enjoy Erin as a physiotherapist. Rochelle as well. But I find the policy of having to be reassessed after a certain time, especially of the injury hasn't changed, quite irritating. I had to go to another Lifemark this week on an emergency basis, and they charged me the assessment fee as well. Now that I have the time to book with my regular office, I'd be charged the assessment fees again. People are only allotted so much for their benefits a year.... Just another hand in the pocket. Guess I'll try and find another therapist.

I came to the clinic with persistent arm tingling and very limited range of motion. Maria Berrio took the time to thoroughly diagnose my condition and identify the root cause. She was incredibly diligent, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. After about 6–7 weeks of treatment, I’m completely recovered—and honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Maria is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physical therapist!
