Came in for an assessment for my WCB claim on an elbow injury. Staff were friendly and professional. Had everything done in a timely manner.

I had a 2 day assignment done was very disappointing from lies , assumptions,,false reporting saying I did a exercise and passing that I never did ,saying my surgeon saying I can climb a ladder ( my left arm left leg limited mobility ) wanted me to climb a ladder. Which the surgeon never knew about never said that . I told the assessment person it’s not safe to climb. 3 point contact (which they should know) but don’t . Walking test was a joke Michael from Lifemark said it was from my car in the parking lot to the building and back again, one problem with that is I drive a pickup.i also told the person I’m cheating on a assessment using both hands and the say me and still passed . I did 2 exercises for my left shoulder couldn’t go passed 90* or shoulder height then I did waist to overhead with 23 lbs and according to Michael I passed that ? Kneeling to the floor needed assistance getting down and up. But again I passed that? And there’s more Michael put in his report I could go back to work ( self employed construction) told me to hire teams of workers to do my job not sure how Michael is qualified to hire teams of people to do my job. Unreal . Guess who phoned in sick on the second day which was a FRIDAY yes it was Michael . Thats not it all Brutal I was told Michael is highly educated and trained and is a person determining my working future I’m in trouble. Have a great day. Cheers

James Fernandez helped me recover with thoughtful exercises and genuine care. He never pushed too hard, always listened, and truly knows how to support healing and recovery. Also Mav (physio therapist ) was great help he was also up for help and give me stretches to do. Great team work. 👍🥰

I have nothing buy high praise for Jocelyn and Ashley in the work they did with me in the RTW program. And although I was skeptical about what Windy could do for me, I give her huge kudos for coming up with an exercise that mirrored some of my work tasks better than anything I’ve seen. I thought the front desk staff was very friendly and made an honest attempt to get to know who I was so they knew when I came in, without having to always ask me. Very personable.

Kendrick has been absolutely amazing. He explained everything he did, answered any and all questions I had about the different tools we used and exercises we did. He's very thorough with his work and I would highly recommend!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Rahim and Lori! Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care went above and beyond my expectations. They were attentive, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that truly values their clients. Highly recommend Rahim and Lori to anyone looking for top-notch service — they deserve way more than five stars!

I’ve been visiting Mau for physiotherapy and Rahim kinesiology sessions, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. They takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always makes me feel comfortable. My pain and movement have improved so much thanks to their professional and caring approach. Highly recommend!

Shig, the massage therapist, has a different approach that I really appreciate. I wanted a therapeutic massage, so he focussed on body mechanics, more finding trouble spots and trigger points and then fixing them, then a typical massage. I was clothed for half of it, seated for a bit of it, it’s about communicating pain points and not about a typical massage rub down. He opened up my pecs which changed everything, I will see him again.
