“I’ve been coming to Lifemark for treatment after my motor vehicle accident and have had such a great experience from the beginning. Recovering after an accident can be stressful, but everyone here has made the process so much easier. I cannot recommend them enough!! Muaz has been amazing as my physiotherapist. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to listen and tailor treatment based on how I’m feeling each visit. I never feel rushed and he’s been so accommodating and flexible throughout my recovery. He explains things well, checks in often, and genuinely cares about helping his patients improve. Jess at the front desk also deserves a huge thank you. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time I come in. She’s incredibly accommodating with scheduling and always does her best to make appointments work, which I really appreciate. She makes the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free and creates such a positive environment. Overall, I’m really grateful for the care and support I’ve received at Lifemark. The combination of great treatment and excellent customer service makes such a difference. “My experience being the first time ever getting physio has been nothing but great because of Mozz and Jess. Jess at the front desk has been nothing but kind and welcoming to me as we began chatting in the waiting room every time I go there...their all amazing girls at the desk! Mozz, is tough when he needs to be but understanding when I tap out. Being nervous for my first time doing physio, we began chatting too, just to get my mind off of what he was doing and it worked...so thanks to everyone there having an overall good experience!”Read moreShow less

“Exemplary services in Massage and Physio, one stop shop. The admin/front desk staff are extremely accommodating and helpful! I am willing to pay a little bit extra when i know, for certain, I will receive elevated client services, above and beyond admin support and can rate my overall experience - from arrival to departure - as 5 stars! “The front desk is amazing every time I call they’re always happy to help and so nice and easy to talk to! Muaz is truly a fantastic physiotherapist he will educate you while helping with whatever issues you’re facing!
