“I have been going to see rainsberry for over a year now and couldn't ask for a better chiropractor! He is always so kind, helpful and friendly! “Hello: My name is Tracy Frezell, I am a charge nurse in a very busy Emergency department and I hurt my back on Sept.15th 2025 outside of my working hours. I tried to do everything on my own to get better and nothing worked.On Sept. 24th I went for a massage at the Wellness Center in Forest Ontario. I asked them at the wellness center if they new a Chiropractor that was taking patients. They referred me onto Lambton Shores Chiropractic. I went right into their office after my massage on Sept.15th 2025. The kind receptionist Cathy said Dr. Jacob Koolen had time right then. I completed the appropriate forms they required me to fill out right away. I then saw Dr. Koolen, he was very kind, compassionate and listened to the complaints I had with my back pain and how bad the pain was that radiated down my left leg. I couldn't function even walking in my home I needed the help of my husband let alone go to work as a nurse in a very busy Emergency Department. Dr. Koolen after his examine and hearing what I had to say pretty much diagnosed my problem, it was my L4- L5 Disc, not my sciatica like I originally thought.I had a few sessions with Dr. Koolen and I was feeling better but still concerned. I went for an Emergency MRI. Dr. Koolen was correct in his diagnosis. I have an L4 L5 S1 Disc Herniation. I am continuing treatment at the present time doing his exercises daily that he recommended and I am getting better and will be able to continue working as an RN in the Emergency Department. My husband also has a bad back and shoulder problem he has witnessed how much Dr. Koolen has helped me and is now getting treatment from him and it is helping him. We both cant say enough about how knowledgeable, kind compassionate and caring, Dr.Koolen is. We totally recommend him, the atmosphere, how clean the practice is, and how kind and accommodating the receptionists Cathy and Kate are, it has just been such a positive experience. As a nurse for several years working with all different health care providers, I can honestly say I am completely impressed by this whole interaction with this establishment.
