“Had a very good experience here today. Dr Angela Chang and the staff were very friendly and helpful from insurance questions to the eye exam, and even in helping pick out glasses. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.”

“🌹 lovely atmosphere. Professional treatment from the front desk to the door when leaving. Made sure I got the style of glasses I liked and could afford. “I have been getting my eyes checked yearly elsewhere. This was my first time at FYiDoctors. Dr. Chang did such a thorough examination that I've never had before. She explained everything to me. Found out that my last prescription didn't match the glasses that the other company ordered. But here has been amazing. Had my exam Thursday late afternoon and glasses were in store by Wednesday morning. The prescription feels right and much better already. They direct bill so I only had to pay my portion. “I am immensely grateful to have been connected to FYidoctors in my first visit to their office Tuesday, Feb 10th. As someone who once came from privilege and financial security, I hadn't paid much attention to rates charged by optometrists' offices. Through my unfortunate trials & tribulations I learned very quickly that while most offices in this industry provide a comparable high-level customer experience, many charge over and above what is necessary which illuminates business' priorities: investment in relationship-building for long-term dividends or regarding each human being walking through the door as a mere dollar sign and number. “Best place for an eye check up. I previously got my eyes checked here 2 years ago. Recently examined by Dr. Angela Chang. The amount of time and effort she's invested in conducting a thorough checkup of my eyes is truly commendable. I really appreciate her patience and kindness in listening to and answering all my questions and considering all my issues. “Anna, Janet and Dr. Angela Chan were wonderful. Professional, caring and helpful service. This is my second time buying glasses from them and I recommend FYI Dr's highly.
