“I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Saira is incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the appointment. It’s not often you can say going to the dentist was actually enjoyable, but she made it a really pleasant experience. “I've always been nervous going to the Dentist. Real nervous. So much so, that I hadn't been to a Dentist in years. I knew I had to finally go.....so I got up the courage and called Kawartha Dental a year ago. I needed cavities filled and a tooth pulled. I saw Dr. Gupta. He was so caring, so patient, and so understanding with me. He explained everything to me, told me what he was doing, how he was doing it, and talked me through every procedure. He made me feel so much at ease! I will forever be grateful to him for how he treated me! I just recently chipped a tooth, and I never even hesitated to pick up the phone and make an appointment. There was no nervousness or hesitation. That's how good he was to me. I'll never forget the kindness he showed me. “Kendra is such an incredible hygienist. She is so kind with my kiddos each time we come! She takes time to answer questions and ensures we are comfortable with everything. “My kids and I had an amazing experience. Stephanie at the front counter was awesome. She answered all the questions I had. She booked me in for my next appointment. She was very professional and polite. Stephanie and her Co-worker Kensley were talking to my kids making them feel comfortable and at ease.As they were nervous about coming g into the dentist. “Hands down best dental care offered here! In Dec, I came in with a mouth full of rough broken rotten teeth. I met with Dr Gupta who was VERY supportive, excellent bedside manners while I was emotional about the options I left myself with. Was beyond encouraging and gave me all the best advice I needed. After 2-3 appointments, x-rays, we attempted damage control, we ended up electing to do full mouth extractions (14 teeth, top and bottoms) and he referred me to Culp for full upper and lower dentures. He walked me through how to sign up for the insurance, he talked me through every fear, stopped mid procedure for my panic attack, made sure I KNEW I was supported with ZERO judgement. Surgery was FLAWLESS. There have been no bone splinters, no infections, no bruising afterwards (seriously, go him for being so gentle apparently I was doin so good I was taking selfies mid surgery LOL) and when I called after with concerns he reassured me the things I was going through were normal and helped me with my sutures when they started to pull. If you're needing the work done, and are scared, with bad past experience of improper dental care from other clinics... I 10000% recommend going to Kawartha Dental. They truly care for their patients, we aren't just another number on their list, they go that extra mile for us to ensure we are comfortable during our time in office. “Dr. Segura was great! my pregnant daughter was very anxious and suffering from a severe gag reflex since being pregnant and he worked effortlessly to get the tooth out. Terry was delightful, charming and really great at helping keep my daughter calm.”
