“I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience, but I personally had a very different one. From what I’ve seen, the staff have always been professional and attentive. The instructors are knowledgeable and have never asked students to teach others — they’re always the ones leading the sessions. As for pricing, everything was clearly explained to me upfront, and it matched what others paid in similar packages. It’s unfortunate that it didn’t work out for you, but I’ve had a positive experience and would recommend it to others. “I had an amazing experience at Jyot’s Aesthetics for a hair spa! Aman did an absolutely incredible job – from the moment she started, I could tell I was in good hands. She was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The massage was so relaxing, and the products used left my hair feeling super soft, shiny, and refreshed. “My sister had a recent hair colour appointment at the Jyot’s aesthetic. Though it was her first time there and she felt welcome and everyone from the reception to her stylist was professional and courteous.They took the time to understand what she wanted and to match my hair colour. Actually someone damage her hair with bleach. So I recommend her salon. And at Jyot’s Aesthetic, they not just fix it but they did a great colour on her. The colour came out perfect with a rich tone and was exactly what she was looking for. She came out very satisfied and rather thrilled with the service from this salon.
