“3 stars. The massage itself was fine, but the room was very warm with little airflow. Since there was already a sheet covering me, I asked if the extra blanket could be removed and if the AC could be turned up, but both requests were declined. “This place is incredible! The atmosphere is beautiful and calm, Gwen greeted me and was my RMT. She is such a wonderful person, so kind and welcoming, made me feel right at home! After speaking about my problem areas, she delivered the best massage I’ve ever had. The attention to detail she put in, the pressure, everything was perfect. “I have had 3 absolutely amazing massages here, from 3 different therapists! I would stick to one, but my schedule is all over the place, and these are typically last minute 😅 My ONE small request…. I have an allergy to fragrance (it sucks….) If you could please try and wash the sheets in fragrance free detergent, that would be so greatly appreciated!!! 🙏🙏 Especially with having my face so close to the sheets, it messes up my breathing quite badly for the rest of the day.
