“I have been coming to Impact since I moved to Milton and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive. Everyone in the clinic is always so welcoming and kind. Dr Garg has always taken the time to explain what he’s doing so I could have a better understanding of what’s causing pain and discomfort in my body. “I waited in the reception area where there was no receptionist. My appointment was at 11:00 AM, but another person who had an 11:15 AM appointment with the same provider was taken in first and received treatment right away. When I asked why the 11:15 appointment was prioritized over mine, I was told it was because their treatment would be quicker. “It's been years since I started going to Impact for Chiropractic services and the quality has never changed. This year though I started with Acupuncture because of my Sciatica, and for someone who is actually scared of needles, I have never felt anxious during the treatment. Dr. Garg just has a way of getting you to relax during the treatment, be it the chiropractic adjustment or anything else. They are also not the type of clinic where you get adjusted and done. They actually ask how you are, what you are feeling and get to know what's happening with you to be able to address it properly. I have never felt that going here was a waste of my time and money. Will totally recommend going here and trying it out. Get's my body moving a lot smoother after every treatment session.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Garg is a miracle worker. Hes helped me fix my herniated disc and SI joint issues with ease. Hes currently helping me with my hip/tendon issue at a strong pace and starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with walking pain free. Hats off to the staff at impact. Dr. Garg and his team are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, friendly and reliable. We trust their process and their recommendations implicitly as we have always had complete success of treatment there. In fact, more often than not, we head in to see Dr. Garg for any physical ailment before seeing our GP as we know he'll tackle the problem and get it taken care of.
