“I have been a patient at Horizon Family Dentistry Peterborough for five years. Over the course of that time everyone I have interacted with in any capacity has been extremely competent, caring and considerate, which has made going there for dental work as pleasant as it can be for those of us with terrible teeth. My only recommendation would be that the very efficient receptionist/secretaries be provided with new chairs as the arms on theirs are taped together. Updated to follow. Hopefully. “i have a lot of dental anxiety and it's been difficult for me to find a dentist i could trust with my care. the entire team at horizon made my two visits an extremely positive experience, and i no longer fear getting the dental care i need. thank you to the very kind ladies at reception for making me smile and helping me through the process. thank you to the dental hygienist, Brittany, who reassured me and did such a lovely job of cleaning my teeth. and finally, thank you to Dr. Young Jin Cheon for patiently addressing all my questions and concerns and being so meticulous about checking for any areas of concern. you're all doing an amazing job!”Read moreShow less

“I have been a very nervous patient at a dentist over the years and I want to let community know that my experience at this clinic has been more than exceptional The professionalism and caring they have given me has truly erased the years of fear I’ve had They took time to talk with me and made me feel that my fear was not silly and never made me feel bad Even a call from dentist after I got home that kindness is remarkable Dr Grant and Laurie Ann have really made my appointments stress free And they play great music !!!! “Amazing dental office. Everyone was very kind and they make you feel very comfortable and welcome explaining everything as they go making sure to check in that you’re comfortable. Dr. Grover was amazing and so kind and so are all the staff especially the front desk ladies! Very clean and professional office on top of this. They were very accommodating and I am throughly impressed because I have a terrible fear of needles and they made the procedure easy. Great team! “I am a new patient at this clinic. I have had 2 visits in 2 weeks and cannot commend all the staff enough. Beth and Sarah on the front desk are welcoming and were able to get me in quickly (as I was having a problem). Sarah the Dental Assistant and Dr YJ Cheon got me assessed and fixed up (painlessly, I may add) in good time. And this week I had a long-overdue cleaning with Brenda the Hygienist who was thorough and also quick! Everyone is so friendly and efficient; I couldn't be more pleased with the care. They asked if I wanted to see if I was eligible for the Canadian Dental Plan too. Prices were better than they were 2 years ago at my former dental clinic. “A very warm welcome from Beth and Sherry. They also accommodate with your bookings and are very nice and helpful. Dr. Young Jin Cheon and his assistant Sarah were amazing and very tentative to make me comfortable Simi who did the cleaning was great and wish is there to do my future cleaning.
