“I've always been sceptical to the idea of therapists and therapy until I found myself in need of one after my anxiety finally caught up with me. After much debating with myself, I set up an appointment with Cindy to "interview" her and see if I liked her. Turns out I did like her and I decided to make a proper appointment. That decision was the best decision I have ever made. Cindy is kind but firm when needed, she listens and is never judgemental, asks difficult but needed questions and I feel that she genuinely cares for me as her client. It's never easy to admit when we need help, believe me I know how hard it is, but if you find yourself in a similar pickle that I was in, I highly recommend her.”
