Placed an order on June 6th. No update as far as shipping and my emails have been ignored. Not the best way to run a business!

Very friendly service, ethical, and they have very good quality honey products. Also so many cute trinkets!

Glad to have a store close to home that is exclusive for raw unpasteurized honey which is hard to find in regular stores. Lovely place.

Stopped by for a small gift. They had exactly what I needed. Alot of other cool stuff too i learned they make all.their candles in house and are beekeepers aswell. Nice to see a beautiful little local shop like this. Wish I had time to check his other store aswell. Winston is an amazing guy. Had a great conversation with him. Thanks Winston see you when I'm back in town!

This is the cutest honey shop I have ever been to. They have a large selection of honey as well as other wonderful products like beeswax, candles, tea, jewelry, various bee-themed gifts and more! Beata who works at the store is such a kind and lovely soul, not to mention she is incredibly knowledgable about honey and its health benefits. I highly recommend stopping by!

I have stopped by a couple times to buy some local and Canadian honey for myself and as gifts for others. They offer a decent selection of honey, candles, beeswax and pollen products. Service is friendly and they offer free gift wrapping.

When I visited the store on Hasting st. on May 20th, I had the privilege to mee Beata (I fondly call Bee lady). So insightful and knowledgeable about their products. A very charming personality indeed. I want to go back to the store not just for the honey's but also becuase of her. Perfect person for the job! Go visit the store and you'll enjoy not just the products but her company. BEE-utiful!

I placed an order on April 8 for a mix of candles and honey—over $200 worth—intended as a birthday gift. Two weeks passed with no update, so I called and was told they had forgotten to send the package. No apology, just a casual admission. Another two weeks went by. Still no delivery. I called again and was told this time that they hadn’t received payment for shipping—despite the fact that I paid online and provided my credit card. I explained how frustrating and unacceptable this was, especially since the birthday had now passed. I asked for a refund, but they instead asked what they could do. I said if they covered the shipping and actually completed the order, that would be a start. Another month passed. Still nothing. I finally drove FOUR HOURS to their in-person location to speak to the owner, Winston, directly. He was polite and tried following up with Canada Post, but took zero accountability for the repeated issues. I was the one to suggest free shipping—which he later claimed was his offer (it wasn’t). At no point did he offer any meaningful compensation for the massive delay, missed occasion, or the fact that I had to keep chasing them down to get my order fulfilled. Considering I called three times, waited two months, and drove five hours round trip, I would expect more than just a shrug and a weak excuse. These are not cheap products, and I had to do all the work to even get basic service. Really disappointed in the lack of care, follow-up, and empathy. I had high hopes for this business, but they fell short every step of the way.

It's hard to believe, but it is not easy to find local raw unpasteurized honey. I am thankful to have a place so close to home for my honey needs. I also picked up this cute honey jar.

This store smells amazing, and I will be back for honey. I came for local elderberry syrup which I could only find here, it’s very useful for kids going back to school to help fight viruses. Great little shop!
