“Sandy runs a professional spectacular practice. I have had permanent eyeliner done from someone else. I was grateful Sandy had taken the time to do touch ups and correct my eyeliner. Sandy has an eye for detail, and excellent suggestions. She follows through. I had no discomfort during the procedure. She had also done touch-ups to my eyebrows.
