“Has been a very strange experience. Many missed prescriptions to be faxed out and then prescriptions often sent to the wrong pharmacies, very limited availability. I have been suffering through Narcolepsy and severe PTSD and have not been seen by him in months. I had finally had a phone call with him, but had a cataplexy episode and called them 20-30 minutes late. They said I missed the call so I now have to wait to speak to him until March of 2026- 5 more months away. I just went on leave for a year for mental health. I urgently need an appointment and have for months. The very limited availability will have patients feeling alone and without care. Many traumatic events have happened in the past few months and I cannot even get care for it until next year. I guess I have to find another clinic to actually help me, because since starting here now, I have had to worst year of my entire life.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“My therapist was great but the company is very transactional and impersonal. The receptionist was quite rude. It's really a big money making practice and the business approach is cold so it's not that therapeutic to get services here.”

“They messed up my wife's appointment twice in a row. Booked appointment for the afternoon, (written down in several places) mistakenly put her appointment as 9am. “Had a session with Lanah at Headway. We went through paperwork that I had already reviewed prior to the session. It took up at least 10 mins of my 45 minutes (which should have been 60 minutes, the time I paid for). I felt like a number ($), I did not feel heard. She told me she was very busy and that she couldn't see me for another 2 weeks although my issues are quite pressing. I do not recommend this place for trauma or anything serious.
