Fee for cancelling late
First late cancellation will be 50% of the regular fee for your scheduled appointment.
Fee for a missed appointment
If you are holding an unredeemed, unexpired gift certificate and no show or fail to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the gift certificate will be forfeit.
Payment before the visit
Any further late cancellations will be 100% of the regular fee and you must pre-pay (non-refundable) all future appointments.
