“I have received “massage” from Karrie Baker awhile ago, it was the worst massage and customer service that I have ever received. I wouldn’t even call it massage as she barely touched me. I booked 1hour session, I got there earlier than my appointment, but she took 10minutes of my session chat with me and asking what’s the reason I was there. I told her my arm and shoulder got sore due to the type of work that I do (I am a stylist in the beauty industry. Since I had a day off that day, I wore a sweatpants and a tshirt) She looked at me up and down and asked me if I usually dress like this when I go to work. That’s actually very rude and judgemental. After the talk, she put a sheet on top of me, and “massaged” me through the sheet with one hand, so she didn’t touch me, she touched the sheet the whole time, I looked at her on point of time, and saw she was waving her another hand in the air when she was busy talking about her love life. I stopped talking, and hoped she can understand I want to relax and get massage. She asked me to tell her if I don’t want her to continue talking. Honestly I really felt awkward and uncomfortable to tell her to stop talking, so I told her that I don’t mind. But honestly, I’m there paying for massage, don’t you at least should do your job regardless of talking or not?! I am a clean person with no weird smell or anything, I’m like, did I disgust you? Why wouldn’t you even touch me and give me a proper massage. I always leave a tip when I go get service, so of course I left her $10 or $15 tips, but to be honest, she doesn’t even deserve the pay for the “massage”. She is not professional at all. What a horrible experience! Do NOT recommend this person from this place to anyone!”
