“Highly recommend not coming here. Brought my 10 year old here for a set appointment time. We waited with the others, 20 minutes pass, we wonder why it's taking so long, so we wait another 20 minutes. About 45 minutes after the appointment time I go up and ask what's taking so long as we have other commitments. They go, he hasn't been see yet? We said no, he hasn't. Turns out they forgot about him Will never bring him back, I'll take the longer wait for booking at Costco.”

“My husband and I dropped in to have my sunglasses adjusted and he needed his new lenses put into his existing sunglasses. Qusai looked after doing this for us and didn't even charge us! Great customer service. Will be back 😁”

“I am a returning customer and was disappointed in the lack of customer service this time around. The sales lady that helped process the order had talked about trying a progressive lens. I was hesitant to order it until she mentioned that if after a couple weeks it's still not working for me then to return and get the regular lens installed and that the cost difference would be returned to myself as I did pay part of the cost and my benefits covered the rest. When I picked up my glasses with the new lens the sales lady that I originally ordered with then tried to walk away from the situation when the refund comment was spoken. She then disappeared into the back room and the manager then stepped in to tell me that this is something that she would never have said. My husband was in shock that I was treated in such a rude manner & that this manager would not apologize to me for the mix up and do the refund. Even if it wasn't a cash refund, they could have offered sending the refund my benefit plan. One thing I have learned a very long time ago: "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE WRONG". I will now take my business elsewhere as this manager & sales lady made me to feel that I was in the wrong, when in fact the sales lady was the start of this bad experience and her not owning her mistake. This was a good place to shop, its just unfortunate that they only put themselves as correct and the customer does not get listened to. FYI: If yourself or sales team mention a refund to a customer the manager should have politely apologized for the error and did the refund.”
