“Tara has been treating me for over a year and I can easily say this is the best experience I’ve had with a massage therapist. She is easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and has an obvious passion for what she does which transpires in her treatments. Her experience as both an RMT and a kinesiologist allows her to tailor treatments beyond what I had encountered with previous RMTs and to have both pain relief as well as a long term approach to injuries.
