“I had an excellent experience at Forest Hill Physiotherapy! I've been there to address knee and calf issues on two separate occasions, and from the very first session, I felt confident I was in good hands. Chris was fantastic, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatment. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided practical recommendations that have truly made a difference. Since implementing his advice, I've seen really positive results. “The best physiotherapy in the city! Christopher is super knowledgeable, very attentive and skilled. I have been doing the physio with him for a year and the results are stunning! I feel the progress and am very happy that I found him! The entire team is fantastic! Chris higher a top-tier professional. I also use Foresthill Physiotherapy for chiropractic, massage and psychotherapy needs. It’s a one-stop shop with great therapists. April, the psychotherapist, is phenomenal! I highly recommend Christopher and his team to everyone who needs a speedy recovery or simply looking to improve their health. They deserve a thousand stars. “I have been to several chiropractors with my issues over the years and Branden is by far the best chiropractor I have ever worked with. Not only does he have a lovely presence but he general care about how my body feels and wants to make me function at my best. He is very thorough in his assessments and adjustments, he is able to not only validate my concerns but also works on problem I'm not even aware of. “Patrick did an excellent job treating my shoulder. It was a complicated injury with many layers to it. Patrick took a results oriented approach and engaged me in the process so I could learn how to rehabilitate myself. His app is very helpful for managing at home exercises, and communicating about pain levels. He was always available to me and showed that he really cared about my recovery. “I’ve never been a ‘massage’ person. Never bothered with it. Started getting massage therapy and acupuncture from Keely at FHP and have enjoyed many benefits. Hectic, modern city life should demand we get centered and balanced with regular treatments like this. I never knew what I was missing. Now I do. I look forward to each visit. “I have been seeing Chris, the physiotherapist, on various muscular and posture issues for quite some time, and I am very happy with the services provided. Chris is very capable, knowledgable, friendly and always gives you a clear and understandable picture what is wrong with you. His instructions for at home practicing are also very helpful. Also so Natasha, the chiropractor, once and was also very satisfied. We also did Pilates when Laura was still there - which was excellent - but stopped when she left, unfortunately.
