“I have known Briana for over 20 years. She has provided outstanding physiotherapy treatments for me. I feel included in my treatment plan and goals. I also am happy that once our treatment plan has achieved the results we are aiming for that I don't continue treatments that have no result but to keep me coming back as I have experienced at other physio clinics. “I booked an initial appointment at Flourish Physio, via their website: (it was super clear and so easy to find an appointment time to suit my schedule), after seeing something on social media! Not my usual M.O., but looking to find someone new, so gave it a go.... When I arrived at the studio I was delighted by the cozy waiting area, and made myself comfortable. For those interested free parking is available, and in my case - easy transit access. First appointments are mostly sharing information, and I have LOTS to share...ha ha ha.....B asked pertinent questions, had me demonstrate gait, strength, ROM & then we TOGETHER developed a very do-able program for me to embark on. She was able to include exercises that I could perform at work, home and at the gym I attend. I was totally happy with the way she really listened to me, worked with my time, age & body limitations, and then Rx'd a simple and easily understood set of movements, which were followed up with a printable set of visuals.
