“This clinic was first recommended to me by a friend who had been their loyal patient for years, and now I recommend it to my friends as well. When my mother needed a tooth extraction, they referred her to a clinic in Guelph where the procedure was done quickly and with great professionalism. She told me that no one had ever removed her teeth so gently. My own recent experience was with a wisdom tooth extraction. The tooth had started crumbling, and during my first visit they placed a temporary filling so the sharp edges wouldn’t cut my cheek while I waited for the procedure. They explained that the extraction might be complicated and that I would need a highly skilled doctor. Within just a week, they arranged an appointment with Dr. Mace, who did an outstanding job. She first applied numbing cream to my gum, then gave an injection that I barely felt. Despite the tooth’s very deep roots, the extraction was completed quickly and smoothly. A few days later, Dr. Mace personally called to check on my recovery. After a while, everything healed nicely, and while no one can truly enjoy having a tooth removed, the staff here make the process as stress‑free as possible. They also handled all negotiations with my insurance company. “I have been coming here my entire life, with experiences in a vast number of procedures and maintenance and I will always stay here. Such a great team! From walking into the front door and being greeted with a smile and some good laughs, to any procedure needed. “This place is truly one of a kind. The staff are so thorough, kind and caring. The hygienists always take the time to explain things to you, and to train you on how to take care of your oral health better. They are also absolutely incredible with kids. My son had his first visit today and Karen made him feel completely at ease, explaining all the tools and everything she was doing to him, even letting him touch the tools to get comfortable with them. Afterwards he told me, "that was fun"! I think that's not what anyone expects a 3 year old to say after a dentist trip but that's just the level of care you get here.”Read moreShow less
