“I am not sure where to begin... I have been going to Dr. Rob, for several years, to manage my neck, back and now my shoulder issues. Along with his capable staff, Marcela and Karen, I always feel that I am in very good hands. Dr. Rob is knowledgable, professional, supportive and has an excellent patient rapport. I have begun his new shockwave/laser therapy recently, for a painful, condition called frozen shoulder. I have had several treatments and am pleased, to report, a significant improvement in just a few weeks. This is life changing for me. Dr. Rob is committed to his patients and will use every tool in his medical tool box, to relieve suffering. He has given me, the ability to press on, to meet my physical challenges. “I seen the last review. That couldn't be farther from the truth, I've seen dr rob for a decade ( I own a moving company) never once has an appointment been cancelled, unless I was cancelling ( which I was never charged, stuff happens) it takes more than 1 adjustment to go from broken to fixed. I have had serious injuries, that dr rob has taken different approaches yet still the same result. I always feel better. Disregard the 1 unreasonable unhappy review. “I met Dr. Neposlan quite a few years ago when I had a back issue. He did a full work up and after a series of appointments, I was as good as new. Fast forward a bunch of years and my lower back is giving me problems. Once again, Dr. Neposlan has me in for a series of appointments and I’m as good as new again. During every visit, Dr. Neposlan recommends that I continue my treatments for “maintenance”. I do not follow that advice. I end up back in Dr. Neposlan’s office a couple more times before his advice sinks in. I now go once a month. His treatment, his expertise, his advice, is second to none. The 12 “maintenance” treatments I get per year, pale in comparison to the series of treatments I had to get when my issue would flare up. My back feels great. I have not had any flare ups since starting the monthly maintenance, and my out-of-pocket cost is down. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Neposlan!! And I have to mention his staff as well. Marcel (sp??) is amazing. Always so nice and friendly!! If you are in need of a chiropractor, go see Dr. Neposlan!!”Read moreShow less

“Very unprofessional. On my second visit, I had drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment on time. As I was pulling in their driveway the receptionist calls to tell me my appointment is cancelled. The doctor insisted that I come in right away after my first appointment. I did just that. My back has been feeling even worse after the appointment. Very angry. If a patient had cancelled that last minute they would have been charged a fee. How is that fair? I have found a new chiropractor. Never again will I be going back there.”Read moreShow less
