“I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment you walk through the door, the front desk staff makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. The noticeable how about visiting Fairmont is the consistency with kindness, scheduling and questions. The dental hygienists are truly top-tier—gentle, thorough, and incredible at putting you at ease during cleanings. They take the time to explain everything they’re doing and give great care tips without ever feeling judgmental. The dentist is equally amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and truly focused on doing what’s best for your oral health. It’s rare to find a practice where everyone on the team is this fantastic, but they’ve nailed it. “I was so nervous to get a root canal today but Dr. Eddie explained the whole process to me, he made me feel very comfortable, taken care of and answered any questions I had. “Spoke with a staff member named Christina, and she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called as a new patient to schedule a cleaning, and the experience was appalling. They insisted that I must undergo a complete exam before any cleaning can be done. When I asked if I could transfer my X-rays from my previous dentist to save time and cost, they flat-out refused, saying they only do things their way. What was even more frustrating was their attitude toward insurance verification. They gave me a list of dental codes and told me to call the insurance company myself to get pre-approval. When I mentioned that most other dental offices handle this as a courtesy for their patients, the receptionist snapped at me, saying, 'I don't care how other offices do it; this is how we do it.' Also, she slammed the phone down on me. The staff was incredibly arrogant and dismissive. In all my years living in Canada, I have never encountered a dental clinic that expected the patient to personally manage insurance predetermination/pre-approval without assistance from the office. ——————— (The clinic refused to even review transferred X-rays before demanding a completely new full-mouth series. If the quality of existing records was insufficient, that should have been determined after proper review — not automatically rejected without consideration. I believe this raises serious concerns regarding unnecessary radiation exposure and whether ALARA (radiation minimization) principles were being appropriately considered. I also found the communication dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking basic patient respect. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) regarding this clinic's unprofessional conduct and their refusal to respect patient rights under PHIPA.") ——————”Read moreShow less

“I just recently had some major work done after years of not seeing a dentist. Due to poor past experience I had major anxiety and waited until I could not wait any longer.... The team at Fairmont was welcoming kind and non judgemental. Dr David was very kind and understanding explaining everything to me step by step which kept my anxiety at ease. His careful work was not even painful at all. 10/10 experience and I feel silly that I waited this long to go back to a dentist. Thank you Dr. David and team!”Read moreShow less

“My kids have been coming here for several years and actually enjoy their visits, even when they needed fillings. I got my first two fillings done today by Dr. Ed and Tee (please email me if I got the spelling wrong), and I get why the kids are comfortable. I have historically been really hard to freeze so I was bracing myself for the usual pain I need to push through. I cannot tell you how pain-free those fillings were. I passed on the topical and still didn't feel the needle. I've never had such well place and effective freezing. The drilling was no problem. I'm also *really* impressed with the end result. Sometimes molar fillings have taken 3 follow up apts for adjustments and the doctor get progressively more annoyed at you. Even with 2 molar occlusal restos, I can't feel any difference in my bite now. and even if I did, based on the clinical staffs' chair-side manner, I wouldn't be nervous about asking for a touch up. And I cannot forget to mention the crew at the front! Patient, bubbly, welcoming, efficient. They wrestled with my insurance and won! This is a great clinic. Highly recommend. :)”Read moreShow less
