“Had to do a double review, just to state how great this place is. I went in with some severe pain. Not only from a car accident, but from falling down my stairs, and Excelsior made me feel better than I thought I ever would. Amazing staff, welcomes you in with a smile on their faces. They listen to your concerns and they act on them. The massage therapists are both amazing women as well 🙏🏾 they care about helping you and about their job, and it shows 🙏🏾 I highlyyyy recommend this place for people who are looking. “I had a great experience at Excelsior Physiotherapy-Balwin on 127 Ave. I went in for lower back pain and an ankle injury, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and supportive throughout my treatment. The physiotherapist took the time to understand my pain and created a treatment plan that really helped improve my mobility and reduce discomfort. The clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming. “I came fo excelsior after I was in a Motor vehicle accident. I incurred back and shoulder injury, and sever headaches. But after their therapy I have a started to feel better after the rehab. “Me and my mom Maria came for the MVA and we are happy with all our services. We are taking physio, massage, acupuncture and we are booked with psychology too. Our physio sonu has done an excellent job, explained clearly, made a treatment plan and gave exercises and sai and other team are helping for our recovery.
