“Regrettably, despite the high ratings this clinic receives, my experience fell short of expectations, and I ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere. Following significant research to find a new Registered Massage Therapist after my previous RMT relocated, I booked an appointment here last year. Unfortunately, for my first three scheduled appointments with Crystal, I ended up being treated by a different practitioner each time: First Appointment: I received a call asking to switch therapists because I was her only client scheduled that day and she preferred not to commute in. Second & Third Appointments: I was only informed upon arrival at the clinic that I would be seeing a different practitioner, without prior notice. Additionally, the room setup compromised the experience. Noise levels from the hallway were quite high, making it difficult to fully relax during the treatment.”

“I got a manual lymph drainage treatment here and I couldn’t have felt better! I really really needed this treatment. Crystal did such an amazing job and she’s so kind, caring and hilarious! The clinic is beautiful and her staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic 100%. :)”

“Had a fantastic first chiropractic appointment with Krystle yesterday! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the cause of my pain and how to help manage it outside of appointments through stretching and improving mobility. She was honest that the first appointment could be a little uncomfortable, which I appreciated. The clinic is beautiful, spotless, and everyone was so welcoming. “Dr. Krystle has truly been a light in my life. When I first came to her, I had been dealing with a knee injury for over three years and had almost lost hope that I would ever recover. I had seen other chiropractors before, but none were able to help me achieve my goal of running pain-free. After just a few sessions with Dr. Krystle and by following her thoughtful recommendations I began to see real progress.
