“The hair spa was amazing. My hair feels so soft and silky plus I was fully relaxed and felt so good. Also she removed ear wax from my ears which was really a very calm and peaceful experience for me. “The amazing time I had while taking hydra facial and hair spa. It was best. Winnie did the great job, my friend had the ear cleaning done and the ear was cleaned with full perfection and carefulness. “Had such an amazing experience at Erjoy Beauty! This was my first time trying a head & ear spa in Waterloo Region and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The whole space is so clean, minimal, and incredibly relaxing — you feel calm the moment you walk in. The process was very detailed, starting with a close look at my scalp and then a deep, refreshing cleanse. The massage was sooo relaxing and the water flow experience felt unreal! After the session, my scalp felt so light and clean, and even my hair looked healthier and more refreshed. I also slept really well that night, which was a bonus! “Had a scalp treatment here and it was really good. It felt very relaxing and refreshing—exactly what I needed. The overall service was nice, but just a small suggestion: there was quite a lot of talking during the treatment. I understand communication is part of the work, but speaking a bit more softly and focusing on a calm environment would make the experience even better for customers.
