CREDIT CARD INFORMATION You will be prompted to enter your credit card information upon booking. We require your credit card information to reserve your spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY We require 48 hr notice for cancellations/rescheduling. Late cancellations, rescheduling, and no shows will be charged the full amount of their appointments fees. This charge is non-refundable and cannot be put through insurance. By booking an appointment you agree to this policy.

ILLNESS POLICY If you are sick, or feeling under the weather, please change your appointment to a virtual consult or reschedule to another time. If you arrive to the clinic sick, without giving us a warning, we will turn you away and charge you the full cost of the visit.

ACCESSIBILITY Our Naturopathic Doctors and Psychotherapists are located on the 2nd & 3rd floors . If stairs are an issue, please contact us beforehand and we will be happy to assist you.

INSURANCE We offer direct billing as a courtesy. We cannot guarantee that it will go through or that the system is working so come prepared to pay for the full appointment fee. Supplements are not covered under insurance. Testing may or may not be covered under insurance. It is up to you to look into your insurance coverage as we cannot speak to them on your behalf . We direct bill using Telus eHealth and Sunlife.

“Amazing team at Epione health! As soon as you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a smile and warmth! Beautiful & calming atmosphere in the waiting room, I personally am treated by two beautiful ladies Katherine & Dr Corrine. Kat is an amazing massage therapist, she’s knowledgeable & approachable and very good at what she does, I truly enjoy the stretch and massage, as someone who’s had both their hips replaced I was nervous having someone stretch out my hips, she made me feel comfortable & safe during the whole process, I feel amazing after leaving her care! Dr Corrine Theriault is someone i highly recommend as a chiropractor, I was nervous having only had one previous experience with chiropractic care elsewhere but she made me feel so comfortable, she’s very knowledgeable, warm and funny, a real down to earth person. “I love Epione Health and everything it has to offer. All the girls are very knowledgeable, kind and fun to work with. I had my first experience with Dr. Corrine, who is not only great at what she does, but she is also approachable and great to chat with. Every appointment with her feels thorough and done with care. She tries many techniques like cupping, acupuncture and massaging to ensure she is doing the correct approach for what I need. Dr. Vero is my naturopathic doctor who has helped me to change things which have helped my health tremendously. I also have had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Noor who seems to be great as well! Plus, she has two adorable pups who trot around the clinic. :) Kat has been my newest interaction as my massage therapist. Her technique is great and the pressure is perfect. She works the kinks while also stretching your body and it feels great! I have recommended Epione to many already and I will continue to do so! :)”
