“Hands down the best back/chiro clinic I have ever been to! I spent at least (7) years trying to figure out what was wrong with my back and shoulders. I went to many, many doctors, chiropractors, physiologists, massage therapists etc. Just to tell me I look fine, and send me on my way with pain killers. Dr.Sheikh, Dr.Kang, Alain, Crystal, Monica, and everyone else that is staffed at Elign - have helped me find names for my ailments and lift huge weights off my shoulders! Now I am on the path with spinal corrective therapy and even after one month I am seeing excellent results! THANK YOU SO MUCH from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Elign for helping me on my physical journey. To feel defeat for so long - it means the world to me that your staff cares so much about their patients to actually give us the help we need and want. “I have been a registered dental hygienist for 7 years and it has certainly taken a toll on my body, particularly my neck, shoulders, and back. I was recommended by a colleague to see Dr. Sheikh for tx. From the very first visit, I felt like I was in the right place. I have received previous tx from different chiropractors but Dr. Sheikh's approach has been far more informative and thorough. The assessment phase was very detailed and educational, he explained to me with visuals and x-rays what was wrong and how it can be corrected. So far I've done 4 adjustments and honestly speaking I have felt so much better. I have been in discomfort/pain the past 9-10 months and only now after seeing Dr. Sheikh have I actually noticed a long-lasting improvement. I'm able to work now with minimal discomfort and able to go for long distance runs without any setback. I am so appreciative of Dr. Sheikh and what he has done for me so far. “Update: Dr. Sheikh and his team all are great! Dr. Sheikh gave me the most thorough physical and consultation I’ve had in the 20 years I’ve sought out treatments to manage pain from old injuries. The doctor is knowledgeable, empathic and competent. After 6 treatments I feel a 20% improvement in stiffness and pain on my neck and about 70% on my lower back. I thank God for this clinic and these treatments as I had given up hope anything would ever improve. They need to improve the parking situation as everything is reserved. “My sleep has improved by at least one extra hour per night from the neck treatment from Dr. Sheikh. How much is that worth? I am also back to running 10+ km three times per week from his back adjustment program. When I first saw him I had stopped running and now I am slowly increasing my distance.
