Tom is a massage therapist with wisdom well beyond his years. He is grounded, intuitive, and deeply knowledgeable in his practice. I have had the pleasure of seeing Tom for almost a decade on and off and after every massage I walk out feeling amazing with long lasting physical pain relief along with mental release. He is very attentive and non dismissive when it comes to pain severity and location and tailors every appointment to fit my needs. He is quick to answer and explain in depth any questions I may have in relation to my injury. I would 100% recommend friends and family to book an appointment with Tom for any of their physical aches and pains. 10/10

I have been to Thomas many times over the last 8 or so years. His skill and knowledge of sports and the mechanics of the human body were immediately evident. He took the time to understand my specific concerns and tailored the session to address my individual injuries. The depth of his understanding of anatomy and muscle dynamics was impressive, and it translated into a massage that felt both therapeutic and rejuvenating. I have recovered from many injuries thanks to the hard work and dedication of Thomas. His input as a medical professional was a valuable part of my many many rehabilitations. Thanks for everything Thomas!

I first saw Thomas about five years ago for a lower back strain. He gave me great advice, and helped me manage the pain before a trip. I saw him again today at his new location in Ritchie Mill, and I’m happy to say he’s still the same warm, knowledgeable guy! He was really helpful with his assessment, and proactive with suggestions for strength and mobility exercises to help me avoid potential injury. Payment was really simple, I e-transferred him right away and received a receipt from him for me to claim.

Thomas is an absolute professional. I heard his name a lot in the long distance running community and decided to try his practice and I am so happy I did. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my technical questions in such a clear way. Will definitely be going here moving forward.

Thomas is simply the best! Every visit I leave having learned or laughed, sometimes both. He's a wealth of knowledge and experience. He's the only MT that I've gone to that can do deep tissue without it feeling excruciating, yet it's still effective. I highly recommend Thomas!

Did a quick Google search for sports massage in Edmonton as I was in pretty rough shape and my regular RMT was unavailable. I didn't want to go to one of the many massage clinics in the City as I am quite picky with my therapists. I have zero issue with those who are just starting out/fresh out of school, and I know every therapist has a unique approach, but I prefer to see those with a lot of experience and a deep and varying knowledge base. I am so glad I picked Thomas! He was incredibly thorough, doing a more pragmatic intake than I have had with most other RMTs. He even had me do a few poses initially to more clearly diagnose the issue I was bringing to the table (pun intended)! He also sent me home with some simple exercises to help strengthen the areas we were working on. The treatment was very therapeutic, something I require as I find relaxation massages offered at most spas to be essentially useless if your intention is to address real issues. I am not an athlete by any meaning of the word, but I have two physically demanding jobs and some things were certainly more out of alignment than I had realized before Thomas pointed them out. Added Bonus: Thomas's treatment space is in a beautiful, hundred-year-old Historic Home that is most certainly haunted. How cool! Thanks Thomas for the amazing session! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend his services to anyone needing an amazing therapeutic massage!!

Tom is truly exceptional at what he does. He is able to diagnose most of your issues just by looking at you and his knowledge of the anatomy is unparalleled. His work is second-to-none and he always knows what stretching techniques to show you to ensure proper maintenance. On top of it all he is just a generally awesome guy. I can't recommend him enough.

Tom is an exceptional massage therapist. I've used therapists from various clinics in the city over the years (independent and through sports medicine clinics) and Tom is easily the most consistently excellent practitioner I have used. His knowledge and technique are exceptional, and his ability to tailor care to specific athletic goals is tremendously helpful. Additionally, his bedside manner is very relaxed and professional, helping clients achieve optimal outcomes.

When I first met Thomas back in 2011, this was not under the best of circumstances. But consider myself very fortunate that I did after being referred by one of my coaches. This due to the fact that I've have been a competitive athlete for years. And like any serious athlete who strives for the best, the need to push my body to its peak condition was the central philosophy of my life. Yet with my accomplishments, there was an undesired physical toil for this success. Like major muscle imbalances, a torn rotator cuff, and even an L5 compression fracture to name a few. And due to these sustained injuries, I was unable to continue competing. Yet thankfully, even just using his expertise on and off for the last year and a half, Thomas managed to use deep tissue, and active release techniques, that actively helped relieve me of a lot of daily pain. And just within this short period of time, I was actually able to perform sports again under his measured guidance. Therefore there is no true comparison of “spa” therapy and that which is given by a trained RMT such as Thomas, and others who are equally passionate and educated in their applied skills. Although within my mind, due to my own personal experiences, I'd have to suggest him to anyone who's active in sports to maintain their peak conditions, or has any muscular issues overall that requires relief.
