We recently spent an afternoon at Eden Springs Float Spa. OMG it was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!! SO very relaxing and rejuvenating. We tried float therapy decades ago in Toronto - but this was far superior. Garth and Karen are very professional and experts in their field. WE LOVED every part of this experience and will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend Eden Springs Float Spa to anyone looking for deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and support to good health.

What an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the space was welcoming, comfortable, and so accommodating. Garth made me feel completely at ease and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout my visit. The massage was amazing—one of the most relaxing I've ever had. Garth's technique was excellent, and I left feeling refreshed and tension-free. The salt water float pod was equally wonderful. It was peaceful, rejuvenating, and exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I can honestly say I'll be making this part of my regular self-care routine. It was so good that I'll be coming back once a month. Highly recommend!

"My partner Larry and I recently visited, and it was exactly what we needed. We both work a lot, so finding a place where we could truly decompress was a priority. From the moment we walked in, the owners, Karen and Garth, made us feel right at home. They are incredibly kind and truly a fountain of information; they walked us through everything and made us feel so comfortable. We didn't just leave feeling relaxed—we felt like we left with new friends. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with wonderful people, this is it!"

First, I think it’s important to note that this spa is in a home. Not necessarily a bad thing but not what we were expecting and we drove right by it as there is small signage. They brought in someone for a sound bath for us and that lady was lovely. However, we felt our experience was hindered by people walking around and toilets flushing during it. The house was also kept at 65 and we all found it cold especially when we were sitting with wet hair. They advertise having robes - we were only given towel wraps and the Velcro on them was filled with hair. We would have been more comfortable in a robe so I suggest bringing your own. The treatment room “walls” are curtains so our group found it difficult to fully relax when you could hear what’s happening in other rooms. The facial offered can only be described as aggressive in techniques and, although there was an educational element, we felt scolded after being asked about our current skin care routines. The relaxation massage was nice but evident it was being performed by a non-registered massage therapist (which is advertised so we knew that before going). We also did a float in the “cabin”. None of us felt it was big enough for two people to comfortably float and didn’t like that the door needed to be closed for it which also gave it a slight unpleasant smell (would not recommend for people with claustrophobia). However, the price for services were very reasonable and they made accommodations for our friend with vertigo which was greatly appreciated. Karen did lack a lot of empathy. One of our group members who has two young kids noted she doesn’t have a lot of time for her skin care. Instead of showing any compassion, Karen used a stern tone to talk about her own daughter and how many kids she has and the routine she does. It was very invalidating. We were also asked about whether we were breast feeding (for the float) which was totally understandable. But we were asked more than once and one time Karen bluntly asked “you have no babies?!” which was extremely difficult for our group member who has experienced a loss. The highlight was absolutely the food. Absolutely incredible chef. They also let us bring in a birthday cake which we really appreciated as well.

My spouse and I had our first experience here and it was amazing. The float was both of our first time and it was so calming, my spouse very much enjoyed it and made him feel calm as well as helped his pain he has in his shoulder. The massage was amazing and I got a very educational facial that felt very lovely. 10/10 would recommend.

From the moment I was greeted at the door it was a welcoming experience. I was met by the owner who also was the one whom provided my massage service and heat therapy. It was the most relaxing experience I’ve had. He was very accommodating with any health concerns I had and respectful throughout my service. He explained in detail how beneficial the treatment is for my body which I appreciated.

Just had the most amazing delightful day at Eden Float Spa! I had no idea what to expect really and it was a day that got better and better. We started with a float for 2 which was the best experience and I might have fallen asleep… followed by massage with Garth and facial with Karen. We had tea in the sunny main room and to top it off Garth can cook like no one else! He served the best vegetarian Japanese omelette, Caribbean rice , salad and delicious wine. . We will be back for sure for the whole experience again!! Thanks Garth and Karen 😘❤️🙏

What a treat it was spending a few hours being truly pampered by Garth and Karen! They are incredible people to talk with and they have definitely perfected the spa experience from start to finish! The float was a new unique experience for my husband and I that we very much enjoyed. The massages were all very well done and so relaxing and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely we going again and will be recommending to everyone!

We had the most amazing time at the Eden Springs Float Spa. Karen and Garth were so pleasant and made us feel at home. It was so nice to have a spa day as a couple and their massages and float tank were incredible. We feel rejuvenated and highly recommend. Also, our mouths are still watering, Garths jerk chicken was top notch.
