“I don’t usually write reviews, but this one felt necessary. I played high level rugby in Canada and was also professionally contracted overseas. Throughout my career, I have worked with medical and physio teams all over the world, and I can confidently say I have never experienced this level of detail and care. While training during a trip to Ontario (I currently live in BC), I seriously messed up my back. I have had ongoing back issues for years due to sport. I sat down for a very thorough consultation with Dr. Todd and his colleague. They took X rays as promised and walked me through a detailed analysis. I returned first thing the next morning, and Dr. Todd did not just address my lower back. He also worked through long standing injuries I have carried since retiring from rugby, including a massive knot at the top of my spine that I had basically accepted as permanent. The pricing was extremely fair considering the time, depth, and attention they put into everything. The equipment is unlike anything I have seen before, and from the moment you walk in, the operations team delivers top notch customer service. A small but meaningful detail. While I was getting X rays, the team looked after my kids in their play area. During the consultation, Dr. Todd’s colleague was incredibly patient and kind with my little girl as she kept asking all the 100 questions she did. Those small touches go a long way, especially for parents. If you are looking for a quick in and out adjustment, this probably is not the place for you. But if you want someone who truly takes the time to understand your body, analyzes the whole picture, and treats the root causes rather than just the symptoms, I could not recommend them more.”Read moreShow less
