“Dr. Tanvi is one of the best medical professionals I have ever had the pleasure to sit down with. Her attention to detail and how easy it is to talk with her will make your visit very comfortable. I was referred to her regarding my Psoriasis. I have visited numerous doctors and dermatologists throughout my life and have been prescribed a plethora of different topical products/drugs to help alleviate the pain and scaling. Nothing worked. I have to mention, many of these topical creams were steroid based, so my skin health already took a toll from that. When I sat down with Dr. Tanvi, she gave me some natural recommendations to try out, and when I tell you my skin hasn't looked this good since forever, I mean it. Within 1 week I had noticeably clearer and smoother skin where my psoriasis would be. After 3 weeks, I no longer have itchiness or scaling and I have never felt better. The psoriasis isn't gone, but it has improved well over 90%; significantly better than all the doctors I've visited combined. Dr. Tanvi helped me change my life and take control of my psoriasis without the use of steroidal drugs. She saw me as a human being and treated me as such. “Dr. T was recommended to me by my fabulous chiropractor who suggested that acupuncture treatment might relieve my persistent and shoulder/arm pain/tingling. I was open to the idea but had no experience or knowledge so I didn't know what to expect. Met Dr. T who immediately made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, posed her own thorough questions, we agreed to a treatment plan....After the 1st treatment in a completely relaxed environment, I left feeling 80% improved (this was wonderful, after 4 wks of persistent pain!). Next treatment addressed the remnants of pain. Here I am 8 wks later and the pain and tingling has not returned. Yay! I learned that Dr. T is also brilliant in naturopathic medicine. In my 3rd visit, I brought her my 'shoebox' of supplements and we collaboratively discussed my goals and she offered great insight and made some suggested tweaks to improve my outcomes. I have a science background but readily admit my limitations of knowledge. Dr. T respected me, listened to me, understood me, and offered her sage advice. She followed up by email with a written echo of the advice she gave me verbally during my appointment. She's definitely a keeper in my healthcare 'village'. She's smart, friendly, practical, thorough, and a highly effective health care provider. And even though my insurance plan covered her fees, I would have gladly paid out of pocket for the drug-free pain relief she provided and the supplement advice I also received. “I've suffered from acne and intense cramps for ages, but with Tanvi's help I've been able to minimize both significantly. She is great at analyzing symptoms and prescribing the appropriate medication.
