“I had a great experience with Dr. Oscar Dalmao and the entire team. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed, and the procedure went very smoothly. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Dalmao took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. “I highly recommend Dr. Steven Nguyen. He treated me, my 17-year-old son, and my 8-year-old son, and it was an incredible experience. He was very patient and gentle. My children had had somewhat traumatic experiences with another dentist, and Dr. Steven completely changed their perspective on what a dental visit and treatment should be like! He is an amazing dentist and person. His assistant is very skilled and kind! And what can I say about the receptionist, Julieta! She is very kind, explains the entire process perfectly, and helps with government paperwork. She is very knowledgeable and highly qualified! We recommend them 100%. “Today's regular visit to clinic for "check-up and cleaning" turned into nightmare for my 8 old son. He was traumatized by previous painful treatment last year and it was hard for me to take him to the clinic again. Several times I asked all clinic personnel just to check-up and cleaning. Dr Patel took him for x-ray, said me to wait her outside until she'd return to discuss treatment. About 20 min later after waiting for her I've heard my son badly crying. When I came to cabinet it appeared she had removed his two teeth, he was in blood and he was burst of tears in fear and pain. It was extremely unprofessional and cruel to a child, no discussing or previous information about her plan to remove teeth at all, so I can't make the decision or gently prepare my son for removing teeth if it was necessary, not even opportunity to be with him during procedures to calm and to support him. “I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr Dalmao and other staff were professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The procedure was smooth and surprisingly quick, and they clearly explained everything before and after the surgery. My recovery went better than expected, with little to no discomfort or complications. “We started visiting the clinic one person at a time starting with my mother. Then my sister, then my brother in law and now I am their customer. I have been to many dentists over the years but the kind of care, love and professionalism at Dr Dalmano’s clinic is unmatched. They are really helpful and they take the time to explain the work and the scope and then follow up with you at home even if it’s a holiday. Who does that?
