“I visited Dr. Alexey Mashentsev after hurting my back while shovelling snow, and I had a very positive experience with the treatment. From the very first visit, he took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, the treatment plan, and what I should expect during recovery. I really appreciated how transparent and informative he was throughout the process. What stood out to me was that he didn’t just focus on fixing the immediate pain. He also worked on addressing the root cause and strengthening my core so the issue doesn’t keep coming back. He shared several practical exercises and also gave helpful advice on what to do—and what to avoid—during workouts and at the gym. Another thing I appreciated is that he’s not the kind of doctor who keeps asking you to come back for unnecessary appointments once you’ve recovered. “I have been consistently seeing Dr. Alexey Mashentsev for the past few months for knee injuries I've sustained in the past. With every visit, he utilizes every minute he has to assess the problematic areas, ask the necessary questions to address the problem at hand and provide accurate treatments that deliver immediate relief. In addition, Dr. Alexey Mashentsev is readily available to answer all of my questions and concerns to formulate a short term plan to focus on healing and recovery; and in future more long term goals to achieve and maintain for my active lifestyle. “I've always been skeptical about the Chiropractic field, however due to some back issues over the course of a month I was recommended to Dr. Mashentsev through a coworker who's been with him for a while now. In the 3 visits I've gone, Dr. Mashentsev helped me source the roots of my issues and helped aid in recovery. Aside from the adjustments themselves, Dr. also gave me helpful exercises and stretches that helped relieve my pain and informed me that what I had was treatable with time and patience. “I came to Dr. Alexey Mashentsev with ongoing neck and back pain that had been affecting my sleep and day-to-day comfort, and my ability to play sports with my kid. Sitting in front of my computer, or driving my vehicle became very difficult and painful to the point where I had to distract myself in order to forget about the pain. I would have frequent headaches because of the tension in my neck and back. From the start, Dr. Alexey Mashentsev was thorough, professional, and genuinely caring. He took the time to understand not just my symptoms, but the lifestyle factors behind them. He's very methodical in his approach and wants to make sure he is able to get his patients back to an even better point where they were before and be able to go on with their daily lives without the pain and discomfort. His specific personalized treatment plan including hands-on adjustments, soft-tissue work, and posture coaching has made a noticeable difference within just a few sessions. “I've had a couple of appointments with Dr. Alexey, and so far, I can say he's been one of the best chiropractors I've been to. I've had numerous issues with my spine and muscles and have visited multiple chiropractors, and out of everyone, he's been the most satisfying.
