“Dr. Reza is incredibly kind, friendly, and one of the most trustworthy people I’ve ever met. Not only as a dentist, but as a person. What impressed me the most was not just how he treats his patients with care and respect, but also how genuinely kind and professional he is with his staff. It really showed me the kind of person he is. I also appreciated that the CDCP is properly accepted here, which makes the whole experience much more accessible. “This dental office left me feeling concerned to say the least. The first thing the dentist said when he looked at my teeth was "wow you have great teeth, that's bad news for me!" I took it as a joke, but a few things that transpired after that made me question if it was a joke. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth insisted that I start coming in every 4 months instead of 6. When I pointed out that my insurance would not cover that, she assured me they would (without offering evidence). I did not like that as I was leaving the office, the receptionist asked me to write a positive review. Positive ratings on Google should come organically, not by pressuring your clients. It's no wonder they have an inflated 5 star rating. And when I asked the receptionist to email me my date for the next appointment, she said she would gladly do it but never did. They are also difficult to get a hold of over email. Overall, I did not feel that they cared for me as a patient. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a dentist. 3/17: This is not a fake review, I had an appointment in your office in February 2025. Have you ever considered that some people would like to freely comment Google Reviews without having to reveal their name? “I had such a positive experience with Dr. Reza. I’ve been to many dentists over the years and usually dread going, but this is the first time I truly felt comfortable. Dr. Reza is incredibly kind and compassionate, and he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. He makes sure to answer any questions or concerns without rushing, and I truly felt cared for by him and everyone in the clinic.
