“I had been dealing with pretty intense upper and middle back pain around my shoulder blades for over a month. After an X-ray confirmed walking pneumonia and finishing my antibiotics, I was finally cleared to get a massage. I reached out to Bianca, who I know through my restaurant, and she recommended Charlize at Crystal Lotus Massage. I was able to get an appointment the same day, which was already a great start. Even though I had to drive over an hour from Dollard-des-Ormeaux to Longueuil, it was 100% worth it. Charlize was fantastic. I explained the situation and told her to take extra time if needed, and she really took that seriously. She focused deeply on my back and shoulder blades where I needed it most, but also worked through the rest of my body in a way that felt balanced and thorough. At one point… I actually dozed off. Twice. That never happens. What was supposed to be a 60-minute session turned into about 75 minutes, and by the end I felt completely reset. The tension, stiffness, and discomfort had eased in a way I hadn’t felt in weeks. Honestly, this wasn’t just a massage, it was exactly what my body needed. Big thank you to Charlize. “I had a massage by Janie, she's fairly new to the line of work but my lord she knows what she is doing. She did something to my shoulder and it felt so good l couldnt believe it lol.
