“First time in 25 years of visiting dermatologists, doctors , and aestheticians, that I have ever had anyone dive as deeply into the root cause of my condition and truly offer some insightful advice and hope! Everyone at the clinic is friendly welcoming and the doctor is passionate about her work and genuinely cares about her patients ! There is no sugar coating, no pressure to buy products or treatments that won’t solve your issues, just genuine explanations of what is going on. “Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Communication and Accountability I was a patient at the Captivating clinic in Grande Prairie for the past 4 years and was very surprised to received such bad customer service and dismissal and not caring to what I had to say. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be warned before purchasing services at this clinic. I purchased a service package, and when I tried to book the remaining sessions I had on my account, I was told I had no services left. To make matters worse, the clinic had my appointments completely mixed up—they were confused about when I came in and what services I had received. I even offered to come into the office to discuss everything in person, hoping to resolve the issue calmly and directly, but my offer was completely ignored. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you’re considering buying a package here, I strongly urge you to request a detailed invoice that clearly states what service you’re purchasing and exactly how many sessions it includes. Otherwise, you risk finding yourself in a similar situation—disputing something you already paid for. Customer service should involve listening, verifying records properly, and respecting a client’s attempt to resolve issues in good faith. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. “I am so grateful for the exceptional support and outstanding care that Dr.Z provides me every time I visit her for my treatments. Living with chronic migraines and headaches is exhausting, but having someone like Dr. Z, who not just treats you but to listen, understand, and care for you is definitely priceless. Her knowledge and understanding of my health issues really help. I consider myself lucky having someone who knows what I am dealing with and be so empathetic, taking her time to give me advice and truly wanting to help. “Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the ladies at the front desk. Very comfortable and beautiful seating area with coffee, tea and bottled water available. Was less than 5 minutes and I was personally called by Dr. Stephan to a room. My conversation with him was very enlightening and filled with information that has given me a feeling of hope for a healthy future for the first time in 10 years ! I did not feel rushed or ignored as is often the case. Dr. Stephan allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to and he was very thorough and made things so easy to understand. After our conversation he introduced me to his assistant Danielle, who was just lovely; to finish up the necessary paperwork. She was so kind and helpful - you can tell she truly enjoys her career !
