“I have been seeing Tracy for in-person and online counselling as well as acupuncture and acupressure massage and she has been very helpful and supportive with many areas of my life. I really appreciate Tracy’s style of counselling and that she sends notes after the discussion, this helps me remember what we’ve talked about and refer back to. She has had great recommendations for books and articles that have helped me immensely. The office space is very warm and comfortable and the prices are affordable with great value.
